Position: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (20
hours/wk.)

Location: 220-01 Linden Blvd., Cambria Heights, NY 11411
Description: Reporting to the Center Director. Administrative skills, establish and maintain
relationships with vendors and assure certifications are in place.
Skills:
· Proficient use of Microsoft Office software (ex:
Excel, Word)

Excellent verbal and communication

Excellent time
management skills.
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Required
Education:
· High
School Diploma or experience in related field.
·
First Aid/CPR/AED
certified by a nationally recognized provider a plus.
Required
Experience:

Two years of
experience.
·
Experience working
with older adults a plus
