Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Clerical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases
  • Prepare and organize documents for processing
  • Assist with mailings and general office correspondence
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and copying
  • Support office staff and management with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry software, email)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred but not required
