FULL TIME BUILDING MAINTENANCE PORTER Responsibilities: ·Keep building clean; interior & exterior ·Janitorial duties such as cleaning floors ·Snow and ice removal ·Knowledge of NYC recycling laws Qualifications: · Ability to handle physical workload; lift 50+ lbs. · Working experience with buffing/floor machines · Working experience with automatic compactor machines · Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Salary: Pay starting at $19 per hour Benefits: Trial period which can lead to Union Position with benefits o Health Insurance o Paid time off Looking for immediate hire. Building is located in Sheepshead Bay area; close to bus line, subway and belt parkway. Access to reliable transportation to the job is required. |
